Prevacid24HRProject Manager for Blast Radius and Wunderman team (WPP). As the lead PM, I rapidly set up the daily operational infrastructure to get 3 full cross-agency teams as well as an offshore delivery team up and running to deliver accelerated strategic and creative campaign planning for 2012 across the Benefiber, Prevacid24Hr, and Gas-X brands. Simultaneously we launched a banner campaign for the Prevacid24hr brand, and I led the technical team in an assessment that supported the 2012 planning proposals. The client loved the strategy, the creative, and the calm and cool team leadership that made the aggressive delivery schedules run smoothly.

Project Manager for Blast Radius and Wunderman team (WPP). Bacardi USA made a hasty transition and awarded digital AOR to Blast Radius NY in January 2011. The need: launch multiple campaigns with the ultimate goal of acquiring one million Facebook fans as soon as humanly possible. Rapid on-boarding ensued, and I led the Blast Radius team on campaigns for two new product launches and three digital & live event campaigns for the flagship Superior Rum. The results: one million Facebook fans converged after only three months from the first new campaign launch.

Huggies.comProgram Manager for Blast Radius and Wunderman team (WPP). The goal: merge several web properties and great untapped content to make a new CRM program and a solid digital commercial programs track. Within fourteen months huggies.com was reborn with a CMS, integrated rewards program, new tools for moms, highly data-integrated CRM engine, new email vendor, localization in four languages, and press-worthy commercial programs. The team and third parties spanned the globe from Wisconsin to Texas, California, Toronto, Vancouver, Amsterdam, UK, and of course, to India and back. The metrics cleaned up… 40-75% increase in monthly web traffic, 50% increase on average site visit time, and tremendous user experience satisfaction. Ultimately the transformation was a successful model that will be rolled-out across many KC CPG paper brands.

Clinique.comRedesign of Clinique US ecommerce Web site launched April 2009. Managed development and testing of new CMS components for display/functionality of product catalog and ecommerce elements. Managed site build and documentation to set the stage for rapid rollout of site for Germany, Australia, and multiple Asian locales.

Westin SensesProject management for Westin Senses digital integrated campaign. A promotion featuring the branded 'guest experiences' of Starwood's Westin brand. One of several projects produced with the Ad Creative group at Razorfish. Group Winner of OMMA Best Travel Online Integrated Campaign. Nice job team!
Terra Networks
Summer Olympics 2008A ground-breaking Web site for this premiere Brazil-based digital media giant. Site included exclusive live Olympics webcast to 18 million viewers throughout Latin America (1 out of 10 internet users in Latin America viewed the Olympics using this site... that's more than CNN and NBC by the way). Over 1.5 million fan comments posted in 14 days. Mobile integration using Orkut and Twitter (users posted content and received branded personalized alerts on their phones). Produced with Terra's internal IT + development group and Razorfish.
W.R. Grace
Grace.comPlanned and managed the global digital roll-out of the new Grace brand launched Fall 2006. Assembled team, and served as project management lead for development of new global Web site look and feel, information architecture, and global/divisional Web style guide. Provided on-site training and documentation for divisional Web site build-outs using modular design templates, user experience guidelines, and style guide. In partnership with Big Arrow Group and Red Cent.
